The Family Behind Goodwin Healthcare
Goodwin Healthcare began when our founder, Gina, after many years working in adult social care, was preparing for retirement. Having seen first-hand the challenges facing the care sector, she knew that care could—and should—be delivered differently.
Rather than stepping away, Gina joined forces with her son, Matthew, to establish a family-run care company founded on compassion, quality and genuinely person-centred support. A few years later, her daughter, Claire, joined the business, strengthening the family partnership and helping Goodwin continue to grow without losing the values on which it was built.
